You always have to send us a ticket before returning any products!
If there are any technical or other faults with product you bought from our webshop and you need to send it back, there will naturally not be any charge for this.
How to return a product:
- Leave us a ticket and tell us why and what you want to return
- We will send you a return shipping label
- Use the shipping label in order to send the products back to our return warehouse
- When it arrives it will be controlled
- Next action:
- The order will be refunded
- The product will be repaired
- The product will be replaced
