Speaker is connected but not visible in the app
The speaker looks like it is connected but I cannot see it in the Audio Pro app.
Really frustrating.

It could be that your phone is connected to the 5 GHz network from your router and the speaker is connected to 2.4 GHz.
Try to disable the 5 GHz network in your router settings and see if you are able to see the speaker then.
If you are able to see it then I would contact the internet provider and let them know that your router does not seem to communicate well between the 2,4 GHz network and 5 GHz network.0 -
I have the same problem: The speaker is connected and I can play the presets, but the app cannot find the speaker, although the phone and speaker are connected to the same router and its 2.4 GHz network. I tested disabling 5 GHz but it doesn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions?
