An unexpected error occured / Wrong Password

When trying to install the speaker I get one of the above errors.
“An unexpected error occured / Wrong Password”

  Make sure you have reset the speaker.
  
  Reset instructions: Try and press reset/wifi/connect button on the back of your speaker for 10 seconds

  Then wait until your speaker has booted up 30-60sec and then try and install it back to your wifi and see if that helps.
  
  Also make sure you go in to the phone wifi settings and you forget the speakers network.
  Then try to install it again.

  I just had the same problem and did what you wrote and it says "Please check if the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct". 

  It is. I can't get this working
