    Hello same happened to me. I reset to factory settings it worked back for 5 minutes and then lost connection again.

    This issue appeared for me after switching to a new WiFi 6 router. Disabling WiFi 6 mode on the router and reverting to ac-band fixed the issue. Likely due to older WiFi module in the speakers

    Hi I face the same problem now with mine too, for several times no WiFi access, several tries to reconnect failed.

    Seems audio pro has no hints so far .... if it is caused by the root cause Mathias mentioned it is a pity!

    My audio G10 also suddenly lost wifi connectivity. Since then it constantly says "I could connect to you wifi, please reconnect via the google home App". Opening the google home app and adding the speaker again via bluetooth finds it but then it can't connect with my wifi. I am 100% sure the SSID and the password are correct. I am using ZenWifi XT9 with WPA2-Personal
